Actually, RhiSabelle this is not something i originated,it is one of the magick from a real witch herself & if you don't believe it than try doing it yourself.believe me,It's a working spell! To whom ever i've told about it,they all say that it really works. A friend of mine never believed in magic, but she herself said,"that it works".

sorry, actually in subject i wanted to write"purple cloth magick",that'why i think you thought i'm giving colour to magick, obviously i know that magic doesn't have colours.I know most people say that green is healing colour but in real magick purple is used in healing magick.

  • First of all , I myself am a real witch.
  • Secondly , and I've stated this before, colour corresponences are different for different people. If the colour means nothing to you, then it doesn't matter what is means to other people in magic.
  • Thirdly , magic is up to intent. So if I intended the colour purple to be harmful instead of helpful, I could very well do that.
  • Fourthly , and lastly, "real magic," is defined diferently by different people and practices.

So, in conclusion, what you have posted could be very useful for some people. I'm not saying that is it bad, but I am nitpicking a bit.

(My note about the coloured magic was more for others. I understood your intent.)

Colour can effect us on a subconscious level [blue calms red energizes] and colours can be used in magick [like candle magick] I've even heard wearing a colour can give you similar energy or charge your chakra [red could bring love or balance your root chakra] of course you need to do so intentionally because you believe the colour can do this [putting on a green shirt won't suddenly bring luck.]

This to me sounds like a placebo. If you believe in it and it works for you fine, but it doesn't necessarily mean it will work for everyone all the time. I remember a study where people were given sugar pills and were told they were sugar pills, many [even though they knew the pull had no medicinal qualities] felt better taking the pills. My point this could be your subconscious being convinced of it working. But if you believe and it works for you fine. [But I would get chronic pain checked out by a doctor]

I would like to say I take offense to the 'real witch' line. It makes no difference. It's like saying a 'real Christian' was born one. To be a witch is to live wisely. Like Christians who have been Christian for generations, if someone doesn't practice or follow the faith, why can they be called a 'real Christian' while a convert who has gone to church every week and follows the teaching be considered not a 'real Christian' [now repeat my argument with 'Witch' in place of 'Christian'] sorry for that rant, I'm annoyed with the concept you can only be born a witch when it's more than genealogy.

you'r misunderstanding, with the real witch,i meant years of experience which is about 62 years & her ancestors are all witches. The reason for posting it was to help people in healing as much as i can.You are right about chronic pain to be checked up by a doctor, but what if you know yourself that it's not chronic.how about trying it once!

I don't want to spill more oil into the fire, but.. :D
In some practice (spells, candle magic and so on) not only green but also purple, blue, red and white colors are used for healing ;D

My guess is - there are as many colors for healing as many witches use them for many different diseases :D

I personally green use for wealth, yellow for protection, white for healing... please don't criticize me, what I want to say - you should be open-minded ;)

P.S. after some research I found that Purple color is used for: Healing: Mental issues, severe illnesses, addictions...
so if you pain is due to some mental stress, I guess it will work :D

Also purple color works for Sixth, Brow Chakra (Physical Body: Face, nose, sinuses, ears, eyes, pituitary gland, nervous system). So as wrote Nekoshema - purple could work as placebo.. or help you balance your chakra which leads to pain going away...
(but I am no expert in chakras - so please correct me if I am wrong somewhere :) )

Purple to me is for psychic and various 'sixth sense' work. A light blue is for healing, but green works too.

Mizu, did I say this was useless? I said it's worth a try but if you don't believe it would work then it won't. [I was also wanted to help out Sabelle] for the record, I believe if it works for you, fine, but if it's a common injury/pain, see a doctor to be safe.
