anyone experienced this?

Does anyone else get jittery durring or after spell work? I was in the mist of putting my heart into a spell and all of the sudden, after getting a bit emotional, I got jittery. I have anxiety issues and such and it was an uncomfortable feeling really... So I decided to wrap it up and move on with my evening. Now sure what to think... Thoughts or comments???

When you cast a spell, you use energy and if you don't know how to properly cast a spell or use energy, this is one of the common side effects. Nothing to worry about.

Its was so odd because I usually find doing rituals for myself and such are relaxing. Maybe its stress? Haha will this effect my work?

Stress can be a known factor. I'd suggest taking a nice hot bubble bath with honey candles lit up around you. It probably won't effect your work too much, but maybe just take it easy for awhile.

It almost certainly means that you are not grounding the energies properly both before and after spellwork. This can indeed cause one to feel jittery, or drained, or headachy, or a number of other unpleasant sensations. Learning to ground and center might help you prevent this in the future. If you're unfamiliar with grounding and centering you can find information about how to go about it and an exercise to help do it in my post in the thread at http://www.spellsofmagic.com/read_post.html?post=285777
