Candles

I was studying candles this morning in the articles section, and I was wondering is it possible to use candle warmers instead of actual candles in spells that don't require the candle to go out? I'm pretty sure that in most cases it is a no, but can someone shine a little light on this for me?

A candle warmer is fine if all you are using the candle for is the scent or color for the spell work. However, most use candles as a representation of fire, adding the benefits of color and scent if they choose.

I would not substitute a candle warmer for a candle in any spell. that is my personal perspective.
