Your parents probably have your welfare at heart. Perhaps you are too young to go out alone in a country such as Kuwait. It can be dangerous in any country for a young girl to go out alone!

It doesn't sound unreasonable based on your age and location that they won't allow you to go out alone. I wouldn't allow my daughter to do it either. Sit down with them and ask them why and when it may be possible. If you approach it in an adult manner then they will (hopefully) treat you as one.

You could always learn how to be persuasive. It's not magic, but learning how to be persuasive is helpful in all aspects of life.

I can tell you the first thing you want to do is show them that you are mature and can be trusted; makes everything else easier.

exposure therapy (just convince them to the minimum that you can and get them do do so more and more othant, and then they will eventual lighten up more and more, but it can take a while so you can try lying just don't get caught)

Don't lie. If you get caught, you'll lose their trust fast. I would cleanse the house and then have a calm discussion with them.

I won't recommend a spell for this.

As a parent myself, my kid gets leverage when she shows she is responsible. If I let her go out alone and at 13 years old, she comes back with a tattoo or a piercing on an odd body part, you can be assured she wont be going out again in a hurry.

So my advice to you is to show your parents you can be responsible by doing small things that prove it and don't break their trust. You can build up from here.

Of course, if the area is dangerous, no matter how responsible she is, she won't be allowed to go out alone. At the end of the day, parents have their kids welfare at heart.

Yeah I must say that what you are asking for is pretty much impossible and even if it was I`m pretty sure no one on this site would tell you how to do it.

But if you`r parents are as overprotective as you make them appear to be talking to them(just be sure that you have your facts and arguments as solid as they can be and well thought out), it may also help if you were to gain some skill in self defense techniques, but above all you must prove to them that you are capable of carefully choosing both company and locations to hang out at, and not make mistakes of trusting people that you knew for any less than 5 years and that even then you are capable of taking what they say with quite a bit of reservation and doubt(not to mention cold hard logic).

Now I`m giving this advice because with those were minimal conditions that one of most overprotective and control possessed people I know gave to his daughters before he allowed them to go anywhere without an escort(but he still insists on meting and judging all of there friends and acquaintances).

They probably want to keep you safe. I don't know the situation, but it's probably your parents doing what they see best. Try talking with them, no screaming. Sit and calmly talk like adults. Hear each other out and try to find a middle ground. No matter how unfair it seems now, you need to accept their decision. Once you are an adult [which happens sooner than you think] you can do what you want, be prepared for whatever may come however.

You could try a honey jar spell, but I wouldn't advise casting on your parents.

First off you can not mind control someone, or something. Secondly don't sneak out, this can cause the trust to fall fairly fast. Along with that, if you want to change their minds? Talk to them!
