Lumpino, do you believe everything just because it is written? I could write that anybody can grow wings and fly.Would it be true?
Is it true because it's Chinese? Because it's "old"? You are stating beliefs as facts! And most of it is nonsense.

I do not believe everything. But I have some years of experiences in such matters. And even if I do not know everything and I can not done everything, I guess what is possible.
In any case, meditations on chakras could help people much.
Only they should know what they are doing and why.

Well now! As you don't give your age, or your years of experience, it is difficult for other members to judge.

It's not about an age but about a praxis. Until one do not tried such a procedures, so it is hard to understand.

As a fact, there is no spell for levitation, telekinesis etc.These are potentials of the human mind.And all these faculties are all latent and inborn in man.
Therefore they can be developed by the proper
techniques.
Iam saying out of experience.
And I want to say that man do not know everything. because Universe is movement with every reality therein.
You can develop any faculty if you really want to.
