Unfortunately there is no spell that can be cast to make someone up and move near you. You can cast one if you wish but unless the person has the means, the desire or a care to it's not going to happen.
The problem with long distance relationships, the moving to a new place and well..the long distance.
I'm going to be honest with you, A Honey jar won't help. It is a work designed to sweeten someones disposition towards you. A Witches bottle would help if made with the correct ingredients.
However traditionally spells like this require you to well, go to the front door of your lovers house and leave a 'charm' to 'lure' him back to you which would defeat the purpose.
As my mother always told me "No matter distance, love will find away" So here is what I recommend, both of you work hard and build a base for you both to come together, don't make him do all the work, make it an equal effort.
Spend holiday time with him or him come to you, little bits at a time to get used to living under the same roof and build from there.
