Lemon Balm is a plant found in the mint family it has a very distinct almost candy smell to it. It is honestly different to the person. If you pick stalks of it and brew it in tea or just buy tea bags with it in it it is known to be a sedative and calm you down
Lemon Balm, Chamomile, and Lavander all works too. I suffer from anxiety and I always have a cup of chamomile or lemon balm usually at night to help me sleep. Ginger tea works wonders for upset tummys and sore throats :)
All the mundane benefits of ginger tea. I warn everyone trying this to drink it hot rather than cold because it kind of burns. Ginger is really cheap and easy to afford and is so so good for you. Take the rough parts of the outside off and then slice it into thin pieces and boil in water on the stove on medium high till you get your desired brew and then use a big spoon and pour yourself a nice hot mug of ginger tea :). Ps you can brew the ginger more than once!
