Unbalenced

I am very good with magik, magic, witchcraft, wizardry or whatever you want to call it, one problem. After any spell I have the sensation of falling through a pit. It makes me very unbalanced. I tend to also get lost in my mind. Someone give me advice on how to rid of this!

Do you ground yourself before and after casting? Maybe try a little meditation session when you are finished. Or your chakras could be off. Try cleansing them and meditating on them.

Without knowing the exact techniques/practices you employ it is hard to give you a suggestion. I agree, grounding is important when working with energies, especially afterwards.

Whenever I have done something more intense than my average daily practice I make sure to have a glass of water and a light snack. However, I end all my rituals with a techniques which has a centering effect.

Your description is also something I have never experienced, it sounds quite extreme, is the feeling that you have too much energy, or you are drained?

Too much energy would need grounding, to little would need replacing, or rejuvenating.

Again, without knowing ore specifics it is hard to advise on what the best step to take would be.
