Food poisoning

I need a herb that can calm my stomach... my dad gave me raw chicken for dinner and now I've got food poisoning. My stomach feels like it normally does when you have food poisoning so I was hoping someone could help?

Try tea with ginger or peppermint. When I or someone I care about had a sick stomach, I make them tea with peppermint and a cinnamon-based magical oil that has a powerful mojo to it. Focus your mind on the soothing qualities of the tea and focus there, not on how bad you currently feel. Affirm the healing, not the ailment.

Such teas are fine. In any case, most cases of food poisoning are cured by the body's own immune system.
There are many types of food poisoning; but the two main ones, and the most dangerous, are Salmonella and E. Coli. Both will cause diarroea; but if that is accompanied by vomiting, then you need professional medical treatment. The main thing is to drink plenty of water, so that you do not become dehydrated.
All poultry should be thoroughly cooked, and the preparation surfaces thoroughly cleaned. All raw poultry carries the bacteria Campylobacter, as does Pork, one of the main causes of food poisoning.

If you are sick from eating raw chicken you need more than herb tea to calm your tummy. The most common problem from eating raw or under-cooked chicken is Salmonella poisoning. And that requires treatment by a physician and antibiotics if present
