I got a problem on dreaming and remembering the dream . Sometoimes i dont have a dream . I also tried meditation but nothing happens . Can someone tell me what happening ?

Before you sleep each night you should try meditating for 15-20 minutes, it will help sweep out the residue of the day from your mind. Your dreams may be remembered more clearly. A lot of times stress, and chaotic thought patterns can mess with your sleep cycle.
I also don't remember my dreams often. Most often than not I don't dream. I know there are people who will say "Everyone dreams, you just don't remember it." But if you wake up and all you can remember from sleep was a breif passing through darkness, then you have no beginning as to remember the dream.
As your falling asleep tell yourself over and over that you will remember your dream, it usually helps a little.
I also find that if you eat apples sometime relatively soon before you sleep, you will dream more vividly, and it helps with remembering them.
