I saw this coven inactive... I applied for it and it says "You already have a coven application. You may only apply once. You cannot apply." After doing this, I never understood what it meant. Can someone help me?

It means you have applied for another coven. Either go back and see which ones you have applied for and click "Remove your Application for [insert coven name here] ", and then you can apply for another coven.

The coven Practical Witches is inactive, therefore no one can join it.
