Lunar eclipses, total ones any ways, are neither positive nor negative. The suns rays are not shining on it any more, only the left over light. This light is the moons full, untouched energy. It is purely neutral. Though since all eclipses aren't total, they will usually have a bit of the full moons positive energy

So I was curious about the Lunar eclipse. I never get to see them. Because i live in the USA. So and most places you would have to go to Japan, Asia, Europe, Souf America to see them. I wish I could see one that would be amazing and if I did, I would totally make a wish. :) I think doing or making wish magick on Lunar ecplises is a good day to do one.
