Yes, you need to be a lot more specific than that. Meditation and energy manipulation is what I'd recommend for anyone.

energy manipulation helps to control your energy and if mastered more energy can be put in a particular spell to make it strong ,plus doing spells or rituals etc on a full moon gives a boost .

There are many ways.
*Using herbs crystals days hours moon phases time and other correspondings of your Magick. Also practicing on regular basis gives experience and you grow strong. Knowledge is power and it increase creativity too.. Learn to work with meditation and energy work.

If I wanted to really power it up I would cast a circle specifically for drawing power on a full moon calling in the elements: Earth Air Fire and Water... Akasha. Use the five points of the pentagram. Use Crystals and Plants, set an altar and leap the fire. Its all very important along with visualization.

I would recommend chakra meditation. If you do this kind of meditation on a regular basis it will improve the connection of your energy and the effectiveness of the spells that you cast. Just look up chakra meditation on the internet and you should find it easily.
