How can I open my chakra?

Hey I would like to know if someone knows how can I open my seven chakras. I would like to do it so much! So, if somebody knows I would appreciate it if he answered!

There is an excellent book on the chakras called "Wheels of Light" by Anodea Judith. I'd suggest reading it for a thorough understanding of the chakras. I think you'll find much to answer your questions in that book

There are in fact, as you said, a total of seven chakras: root, sacral, solar plexus, heart, throat, third eye, and crown.
