Lilith was the first wife of Adam. She refused to submit to him. She uttered the unspeakable name of god. She escaped the garden of Eden. This story was erased from the bible quite forcefully. And eve was created from Adams rib. Lilith was the the mother of Inccubi and Succubi. Not of the Dijon.

Lillith was never erased from the Bible. And that story about being the first wife of Adam, is just that. A story, added by a few Jewish philosophers, because they didn't like the idea of the first woman eating the fruit; it had to be a demon, or a devil; not a human. They didn't like the idea of Adam being tempted by a woman! So they say that the serpent was a "demon" with legs, Lillith;and because of tempting Eve, was condemned by "The Lord", to "crawl on his belly and eat dust." But the story of Genesis is quite clear in the Bible, as it is in the Hebrew scriptures.
But, it is all a story! Trying to explain how human life began; to people who knew nothing of evolution. (many ignorant people still don't!). A great deal of the Bible are stories written by Moses, to "prove" certain events and why they happened. Why did he write the story of parting the Red Sea to reach Sinai? At that time he could have walked across the land mass! Just a "story" to explain that the Hebrews were "driven" out of Egypt; they were not! They just left because of religiopus clashes between Ammon and Aten.
Perhaps Demonguy should spend more time studying. A lot more time! And stop depending on Wikipedia!
That is advice,Demonguy, not an insult!

Try reading Kabbalah by Rabbi Gershom Scholem. He has a whole chapter dedicated to Lilith.

Looking for information on the internet about the "Jinn" really depends on what you look up. Spelling is important. Jann, djinn, Djin, Junun and Jinn and are all different variations of spelling. They are neutral, just like humans but there are different types like ghul, marid, and the like. Look up each individual name. And stay away from role play and gaming websites.
