Some people also like to get a ring like that, then charge it with their own energy or casting a spell on it. :)

I do firmly believe that with the spirits permission, they can be bound to an object for a person. Will they change said persons life, yes and no. Yes, because they now have someone working in their interests, a companion that will be there, and help you in your endeavors, (should they choose). No in the fact that they will not make you rich, though they can help. They will help with health, love, magick, as well as any number of things. However, they will not do it for you. You must be willing to put in the effort. As for Djinn rings, there are so many people out there offering their wares, and most couldn't conjure a fly with a piece of rotten meat.
But usually, you need to trust yourself, your intuition. If it feels like bull, it probably is. If it feels true, then it is up to you to take the chance.
My Two Cents on the subject.

If anyone is interested in real entity bound to item for actual ritual and familiar purposes.

It is available and in demand by actual magicians who can derive great benefit from it. I have many entities bound to items. Each one can be verified to show phenomena like changes in temperature, poltergeist activity, even EVP.

Not that I haven't almost been ripped off before. One guy tried to sell me a haunted doll, I took one look at it and knew it wasn't haunted. I think most people who have been into magick for a while can tell the difference in person but a photo over the internet not so much.

I however am into taking spirit photo as a hobby so I do it on my entities and have had some cool results caught on camera. I do think that if there is a story involved and it makes sense and your own intuition or psychic senses tell you it's the real deal then it probably is.

Any amulet charms or anything, doesn't make anyone rich or millionaire, unless they have any income source. Just like when you don't have any income source, then how can you expect money from no where? And most of time amulets pendants etc doesn't work for government servants too, because their income is fixed, Except a businesses man, as they have their businesses going upward and downwards, loss and profits. Those amulets only accelerates income for them.
All the amulets can't be trusted as genuine, some are weak scratched and powerless, but all the amulets can't be taken as fake. If a seller sells them, they could wear one of them, and speed up their sell and from these they earns enough money. And my friend lots of people buying them, without being sure whether they'll work or not, its just their faith.

Some of these items can be haunted and lived in by jinns, jinn can hide in any item, mostly statues and rocks and gems.

As I have mentioned jinn, I have made a post about jinns.

Once I have owned a ring with a gem, and you know what that ring did to me?

I stayed in a hospital for a week and in the last night, my soul or spirit latterly came out if my body and got right back in.

Seen death taking my soul but guess what, am still here and that happend to me a lot.

I would even make a joke about me being a zombie sometimes when I disscuss the hospital thingy.

Well you are part right there are a lot of fake sellers out there but not all of them are. I've been ripped off a few times but found the real deal sooner or later. I've worked with many spirit vessels including djinn. And, i study books on magick a great deal some are real some are useless but you have to research and explore every avenue before saying all metaphysical people are frauds. I for one learned the hard way and have even been possessed at some points. But, i've also had great results from real magicians and found a few i can truly trust. I don't work with djinn much anymore but know the names of the ones i used to work with. I've tested them with friends and family to see if they got results and they did. I recommend getting more experience by shopping around and going to different forums to see who is legit. I am not a seller i've just been there and done that with spirit keeping and the metaphysical.

Sorry to burst your bubble but king solomon had most of his magical possessions buried in a secret mine that humanity has been searching for since antiquity! That mine has been believed to have been protected by the most ferocious demons and is even impossible to find without the true power of god and his arch angels only!

There is also much to suggest that the Goetic texts and Solomonic magic are far too recent to have any actual connection to the Biblical Solomon -- who may also be no more than a mythological person. There is no archaelogical mention of Solomon until some 400 years after he supposedly existed.

But there is evidence that the mythology of Solomonic magic is connected to Renaissance era Italy, during the increased popularity of mysticism during that time. Part of this evidence is in some of the names evoked, being characters who, like Solomon, are believed to be historical, but existed at a much later time than Solomon.

This in no way diminishes the practice or its effectiveness. But it does strongly suggest that the mythology was created as a way to help people suspend their disbelief about its origin in order to focus more on the rituals and results.

And yet there is much evidence that Solomon may never have existed, at least not like in the tales.

But often stories -- especially important and prominent tales -- contains useful information, in symbolism and principle rather than literally.
