Attire for spellcasting..

Hello everyone. :) I am new to the craft, and was wondering if any of you wore something specific while spellcasting or performing a ritual.
Thanks in advance,

This is more of a personal prefrence thing. Some people perfer robes of certain colors. Others perfer to wear normal, everyday clothes. And others may perfer to wear nothing. All personal preferences :)

A popular thing to do is go 'skyclad', or, nude, due to the belief it brings more raw energy into the spell. Totally your choice, though

My witch teacher didn't cast spells. But she did have a spiritual side, and she performed rituals to the Gods. She always did this naked; skyclad. Not because of "energy", but because it was closer to Nature. To her it was natural to be naked; she thought clothing to be unnatural.

I recommend having something special to put on every time, as that item of clothing will absorb your energy every time - making it more powerful as a help over time. It doesn't matter what you wear, as long as that's what it is used for. If you want to go nude, but wear a ring or necklace then that ring or necklace becomes your "wizard robes" so to speak.
