I dont know if it work for me or not.. Because my nightmare is different with anybody.. My nightmare its seems like dream but I can hurt me like a chasing with strangr creature's.. I know you think I not aware or Crazy.. But if you dont believe me.. Maybe someone have nightmare like me.. My Nightmare to damn scare.. And now my hands always getting hurt and someday getting bleeding.. If This spell making worse.. I will forgive you.. If This spell work to get away from me.. I will thank you very much.. I will mail you if the spell work or making worse.. You have my word..

Nightmares can occur as a result of many things. A bad diet, lack of sleep, stress, and so on. Your subconscious is more awake when you sleep, and the images your conscious mind is fed throughout the day is played out at this time. Try listening to peaceful music and/or watch shows or look at things that aren't related to anything horror. There are also many great hypnosis videos on YouTube that work for relaxation and putting you in a trace any time (it even worked for me, and it is nearly impossible for me to ever just go into a trace) right before you go to sleep. You could also make your own prayers/spells. You can never die from a nightmare. If you're hurt, you probably just did something tin your sleep. I hope this helped.
