SOCIAL PHOBIA DISASTER!!!

hi, I was just wondering if any one knew how to get rid of Social Phobia? My Social Phobia Is really bad, for me in the middle of the school year I quit going and have alot of cases going on with me now. I haven't been in school for almost a YEAR... and I want to get back in to recharge my brain. My Anxiety And Social Phobia Are Killing Me Help Me please? I may not even go to 9th grade.
