Yea :) Blood is a highly concentrated form of energy.
Saliva, tears and other fluids are concentrated forms of energy (just less concentrated than blood).
Other energies are like heat, sound and vibrations, electricity,, etc.

So, using concentrated forms of energy are good, plus its like us signing our name in a spell, if that makes since xD
