Adder's tongue

I've read many times that adders tongue
aka African violets or serpents tounge
can help stop gossip and slander. I was
wondering if this is true and if so how could
I use it to make slander and gossip
stop. Ceremony,ritual,make it a amulet?
What do I need to do?

It depends on you, you can use one way or all of them. I would likely burn it in a spell in a fire, but I have a thing for fire.
