Magick can not be used to control things,change your body,or alter reality.

Unless you have a lab equipment in value of several hundreds of millions of dollars no you cannot clone yourself, as for objects yeah sure its possible with a good workshop and some craftsmanship skills you can replicate just about any object with enough time and patience.

Even cloning yourself through biotechnology or using other scientific methods is illegal and banned by many religions all around the world. Though it doesn't stop people from using clones.

But to answer your question, no. Nothing physical can be done by magick.
