What kinds of properties does peppermint provide? I'm supposed to be getting some from one of my friends,since it grows all over his house, but he keeps forgetting.

It is phenomenal for digestive issues! Aids in digestion, calms an upset stomach, can aid with nausea; plus, the smell is very soothing, when sprigs are fresh.
