I'm new and very curious.

Hello everyone.
I am new to the world of Wicca and am trying to absorb new information each day. Could someone please tell me what a power hand is and if being ambidextrous could possibly effect that?
And what brought about the phrases " blessed be" and " So mote it be" ? Thank you for your time.

Mote is a very old English word; roughly translated it means "allow", it has a root in the word might, meaning "perhaps".
So mote it be is a bit pretentious, it merely means "So might it be".
"Blessed be" is the shortened version of "Blessed be to you and yours"; mostly Wiccan. Not really part of witchcraft.
