Does this moon mean anything at all in magic or Norse paganism?

I don't know. I've been trying to figure that out myself. I have complete cloud cover and cant see anything in the sky. It is raining here. I am watching the NASA camera that is live streaming the eclipse on the moon. It's pretty awesome. :)

In Paganism a Blood Moon opens a gateway into the heavens as the Earth, Sun and Moon align. For a brief moment in time we can commune with the spirit world and other realms.

That's pretty amazing. I wish I knew what to do with that knowledge. Thankfully there will be 3 more blood moons over the next two years. I have other chances to take advantage of the situation.

As far as I know, it isn't associated with much in Norse paganism. Some draw a connection to it and Tyr, but I don't really think there's any actual holiday or event surrounding it.
