If you disregard all negatives in your life you really are missing 50% of the human experience. Negative feedback benefits you more than positive feedback, it's a shame that as humans are hardwired to reject it.

Automatic writing is nor fluff in my opinion. However the spell you have written lacks any important symbolic functions, if it works for you, great. However it does not mean its effects will be universal.

Why did you pick white candles and then place them in the shape of a pentagram? What is the symbolic purpose behind this?

Why a purple candle? (I can see the reason for this, but not for blue...)

Why are you placing the stone at the bottom of the star? What is the purpose in this?

Why are you visulaising your writing instrument as being quartz? Even Thoth used pen and paper!

When you say, you ground yourself and release your grounding. Are you performing a grounding meditation or just saying the words?

Technically speaking, Djehuti/Thoth never held pen and paper in his hands. He held scribes' tools; papyrus, reed brushes, mineral based ink, and a long wood container for both the brushes and the ink.

On the note of the spell suggestion itself, I don't think it is something one should post lightly. There were several important rules and steps that you had taken for granted and not shared within the original language of the text. My suggestion would be that next time, you are better off writing a rough draft and sharing it with someone experienced within that practice first. It will make the passages flow smoother, and it will also allow the people reading it to get all their information at once.

@Sataset

I knew that, I was being sarcastic and pen and paper was a faster method to accomplish this task. I'm sorry if Thoth is a deity you connect with strongly and I offended you.

Good advice my friend I will most likely do what you have suggested with the rough draft first, though I wrote this for a friend whom I know is awake, It is much appreciated and I will try harder next time

1.The "pentagram" is the signification of spirit, white, would be taken as the sense of purity, or protection in my mind

2.A purple or indigo candle stimulates the mind upon first glance and opens the third eye, allowing us to see truth, a blue would stimulate the throat chakra .

3.the color and purpose of the stone is to keep a "set" vibration around you so you don't have to focus as intensely, it is merely only a tool to make the task that much easier, if you "purpose" your stone for the task it would be that much more efficient.(ill send you a hyperlink to a color effect chart)

4.Envisioning the pen as a quartz is beneficial, as the quartz is the best self reflecting stone to deal with, and it is also very versatile. Its spectrum is that of the rainbow while in the sun and it tunes the body well, its much more effective if held in the hand.

when grounding and ungrounding, it should (in my experience) remove all negative or cluttered energy within the body, this paired with smoking sage in the room will be a great way to completely purify the room.

Thank you again

Perhaps so. But he was writing "for a friend". Nevertheless, I did not say he was fluff. I said the post "looked" to be fluff.
