Everyday for about a week now I would look at my clock at 6:19pm. It started sometime last week, and been happening every day since then. Can anyone tell me if this is something I should look into? What do you think it could mean? And what actions should I take to find out the meaning/significance to this time?

The body has natural rhythms that adapt to personal habits. Likely there are various other things happening in your home or in your day that have helped you develop an internal clock that's pretty astute. As you start piling on more significance to this specific time, you start becoming more and more aware of it, and start looking at the clock as that time rolls around more frequently.
*shrug* I wouldn't attach any great significance to it.
I don't know abouy six but one is a maiden number representing learning and adventure. Nine is a crone number reoresenting yhe cycle of death and rebirth. I wouldn't worry, you won't die. I think it means that by looking and searching, you'll find a new, bright start.
I don't think it's any different than the numerous beliefs and myths centered around the time 11:11 such as making a wish at 11:11, seeing 11:11 as a positive sign, seeing 11:11 as a sign a spirit is around, etc... Another example is I once came across a post online where someone was seeing the numbers 666 a lot which was scaring them, and it was just written off as watching too many horror movies or something along those lines, which was likely the case as I've had similar occurrences yet it never revealed itself to be a foreshadowing of future events be they good or bad. It's most likely a coincidence combined with your internal clock. If your interested in the significance of numbers you could always explore numerology.
Numerology is a good way to go about finding significance of times called to attention. One could also turn to tarot for answers. (using the minor OR major arcana as a guide). Lately I've noticed the time 12:12:12(hr/min/sec) and 11:11:11. Even 012:52:10 has been noticed more recently. I have my own theory for this, but it is still quite controversial, to say the least. I can say it has to do with "dual" meanings and each kind of looks like a wave of some kind.. Time is primarily a place-holder and it's been around long before numbers were actually divined. One thing is for sure, time is definitely on our side.

Awaketoolong has it about right. We are creatures of habit. When I first retired from showbusiness I used to get very restless at 5:30pm. Until my son pointed out,"Dad, you're retired. You're not in the theatre any more!".
He was right, it was habit. The curtain goes up at six!
