Meditation is really "deep thinking", making contact with the subconscious.The subconscious is much more powerful than the conscious. Many years ago I witnessed a "hit and run" incident, but could only tell the police that the car was "dark" colour, and I thought the make was a "hatchback".
After meditating, my subconscious brain had "seen" everything!
I was able to tell the police the colour and make of the car,that it had a male driver and a male passenger, and the full Registration Number. The culprit was arrested, and I received a letter of thanks from the police.
Meditation, done properly, is very powerful!
