You have more chance of learning pyrokinesis (fire), aerokinesis(wind), hydrokinesis(water, terra or geokinesis (earth), electrokinesis (electricity), and so on, instead of casting fireballs from your hands with spells...and another thing...why'd you need spells for casting fireballs from your hands anyway?

You guys need to step back a little bit, you think that being with the craft for such a shirt time, that you will be able to cast fire balls and command air and mold water (I'm not even going to get into the serious stupidity and fluff in this). Magick takes time and effort, a month to master energy manipulation, and more to master the other basics (meditating, grounding, centering) if you do not want go expend the effort and time to learn these things, then there is no help anybody can give you. You are a lost cause and need to find another hobby to fill your boring life with.
ever heard the phrase "takes one to know one" warlock? as for fire, if you are powerful enough and drew enough energy from the universe, then Maybe you could make fire. and they could do it when they are bored and just start throwing fire balls around

Should start with a practical application to strengthen yourself. Most fire spells preformed are to increase energy or creative drive.
If you are asking for a spell. I can safely conclude you have not read enough literature to know your basics and write your own. If that is truely the case you should start by taking an hour and read up on basics. In no time if you are true to this path you will be writing your own spells.
if you want to control fire in minor ways then learn pyro kinesis, however even pyrokinesis wont make a flame out of nothing.. i suggust using a lighter but matches work just as well
