The Svefnthorn runic sigils are said to aid in sleep. I'm sure a quick google search will bring it up for you. I have never tried them before. I would suggest lavender or peppermint aromatherapy as well. When my daughter is having trouble falling asleep, I always search "sleep music" in youtube. Those things are hypnotic and she's out in 20min.
Although I have used magick for helping others sleep, I do it for others, not for myself, and that really matters. For myself, if I can't sleep, I just don't. I practice meditation and trancework and it gives me at least a certain amount of "restfulness", then I drink a cup of coffee. XD
I haven't had a full night's sleep in over 6 months. My son may be the sweetest baby, but he thinks teething is the end of the world. So get 8 hours for me too okay?
