Our breath has returned to normal gentle undulations in and out. Continue to count now each in breath and each out breath. One in one out till you reach 10. At this point empty your mind of all thoughts and sit, becoming a living flesh bag. Be aware through this new quiet mind. What do you feel, hear, see, smell. When a thought enters your mind start again counting to ten and letting the thoughts flow out and stillness come!
