help with meditation

i have been having an incresingly hard time meditating in the past week. I don't know what's wrong i usually can meditate easily but now it seems harder than ever! please help, is there some way to meditate easily again? Is there something wrong with me and that's why i'm having a hard time meditating? Please someone help!
What kind of problems are you having? Are you having a larger than normal amount of stress in your life lately? That can make it harder to meditate. If it is relaxation of focusing problems, try taking a bath or having a cup of tea before meditating. If you feel an over abundance of energy that is making still meditation difficult try a moving meditation. Qigong is one of my favorites because it can be done either way and help you practice feeling and moving energy at the same time. You can also use qigong to disburse excess energy or store energy to use at a later time.
What both JCope and Cat suggest are both good suggestions.
Some basic ideas of my own when I have issues-
Counting from 60 or 100 backwards.
Yoga or Tai chi.
Consistency helps us maintain and easy way to meditate in my opinion.
Different meditation posture.
Crystals such as-aquamarine,turquoise, and clear quartz.
Other crystals can help for other reasons and purposes.
