There is a beginner guide in my profile with some links. As I will say, research is the best way to start magick. Hope this helps!

The best way is self study. Many serious teachers would not advertise or search for students.
Do a lot of research on it, as it is the best way. Understand what magick is, what it can and what it cannot do. You may visit the newbie central here as well as FAQs section. To start practising magick, learn and practise the basics first. The basics are- Meditation, Centering, Grounding, Shielding, Correspondances, Tools, etc.
You may mail any of us for guidance or if you have any questions, just drop a mail :)
