more how to become and how to summon shikigami

Sorry to burst your bubble, but you cannot become a shikigami. And if you are asking how to summon one here, I don't think you should be "summoning" anything at all.

While I agree with Andromeda, oyu shouldn't not be summoning anything, I will give a bit of information

The Onmyodo is a japanese esoteric practise which involves a whole deal of fortune telling, spell casting, exorcism, taoism and astrology.

The shikigamis are like the western familiars, spirits allied (or even created) by the magician in order to perform certain tasks.
