This shadow being or spirit might be trying to influence you or something; I'm not sure if that's the right word. I had one in my house once, and it just kept pestering me. It only left me alone when I was feeling peaceful or not having any bad feelings or thoughts. It didn't follow me outside, either... I tried talking to it just a little bit and it stopped following me. It's still somewhere in woods in my backyard, I'm pretty sure.
So this manevolent entity is a poltergiest if it is hucking stuff at you. A poltergiest is the banding together of more than one angry spirit, one of which was likely a devil worshiper i.e. The scratches from a demonic presence that likely attached itself to one of the spirits when it was alive. Is that what you wanted to know? That being said, i would like to give my opinion. Not doing anything wont help you. These spirits want to dominate you and the longer you let them hang around, the more likely of a chance that something bad will happen because if you are dealing with the spirit of someone who never intended to move on after death then you have 3 choices the way i see it. 1. Control it. ( i dont reccomend that) 2. Let it control you (not much of a choice) 3. Get rid of it.
Barbie I know it was a poltergeist. I brought it up because my sister claims to have seen the shadow person at this same house. Clear and close up. I know a fair amount about it, at least what it wants and how to, at least temporarily, get rid of it. I've not told her anything about the shadow person I saw, or anyone for that matter, before she started seeing it. So she couldn't, even if she would, be making it up. I'm trying to understand just what the spirit IS. Trying to I.D. it really.
