Difficult to ap. Help!

I have gotten to the vibration stage once and tried to do the next step "reaching out" but it didt work. And I don't know how to get back to that state again. I try to meditate and relax but after a while I just fall asleep. Its been really agravating... I also have a few questions that's been bugging me, can somthing hurt you while your astral projecting, somthing evil?

Nothing can hurt you when your in the astral world and nothing will hurt you physically body. Maybe the reason u can't get back into your vibrational state because your fears are holding you back.
Try getting over your fears and if you need help concentrating i recormend that you listen to binural beats when trying to astral project they are great to listen to.
remember you need to stay positive minded and when u get into that state again just allow yourself to come out, don't antisapate it just let it happen.

thank you, but I'm not really scared, at all to asrtal project. I was just wondering because I have gotten multiple answers from people on it. Thak you though :) I am also trying to lucid dream, but everytime I relize that I'm in a dream, I wake up. I'm just having no luck with anything

Take some melatonin, also if you take drugs they heavily suppress your dream recall and thus lucid dreaming capabilities. I've also heard mugwort can be very effective for this, but I can't personally attest to this.

Also fluoride which is quite prolific these days is said to calcify the pineal gland which produces dmt and is quite essential to Lucid Dreaming and OOBOs. So filtering this out of you water is said to also help with this.

I know this applies to the dreaming aspect of AP I am unaware if it also effective for trying to AP from a deep trance. One or the other may be easier for certain individuals.

you know meditation is zen and all but not always the bast way to go if you need to relax than in my opinion prowidet that you have a provate house than youshoud just go in to the back yard and just lay back in the grass

I have only had one out of body experience. I was meditating and I felt like My head was rattling but it did not feel painful or harmful. I continued to meditate and felt my body "lifting." After my OBE it felt like I was awaking from a dream, The only thing is for the next few moments I could not move my body. I have not successfully performed another astral travel seine but to regain the former since that I felt before I traveled I imagine and tell myself that I already am. I also heard that it is more possible to astral project if you have fasted.
