A Teacher?

Hi,
I have been a "witch" since I was twelve but I haven't been able to practice often due to conflicts in my life (which is why I put quotes around witch because I feel I haven't lived up to those standards). I am seventeen now and something is telling me I should begin learning. Is there anyone who can teach me? If so, is it possible to do the lessons over PM? Thanks and blessed be!
