Wicca generally only presents one side, which is in turn governed by the concept of the Three Fold Law. If you do bad, it will come back to you three fold. If you do good, it will come back to you three fold. *shrug*
A magical name is not necessary. It's more just sort of a community tradition, or a way for those within a coven to address one another in a way that describes one another.

You may well realize this, but I also wanted to note that not all magical practice follows Wicca, or Witchcraft. For that matter, Wicca is its own religion. Witchcraft is not necessarily a religion, and more a description of folk magic.
