As usual, AwakeTooLong explains things very well.I think I should emphasis what he actually said about fire; that not all heat is fire. Let me explain that further. Fire is a "low" explosive,ie, it turns a solid into a gas slowly.(Although in our perceptions of "speed" it can seem to travel extremely fast!) "high" explosive turns a solid into a gas instantaneously. Both need some form of "ignition".Often, dried vegetation is ignited by the Sun.
So, to make Awake's explanation clearer, all fire is heat; but heat is not necessarily fire!
