Very informative, I am glad you posted equally for the Goddess and the God. I see too many forums and articles focusing on the Goddess and barely mentions the God.

It's what you believe, to the post above. Some see the gods forms, as completely separate. Others see it, as one whole. I think it is safe to say, most value both. More traditional however, is that all gods areally one God, and all aspects are one.

KK, you might want to read the books " The Witch's God " and " The Witch's Goddess " both by Janet and Stewart Farrar. Those will give you a lot of information on the Triple Goddess and the Horned God of Wicca.

Remember too that Wiccans are polytheists, which mean that we believe in the existence of all of the Gods and Goddesses; including the Egyptian pantheon. But we are also henotheists which means we choose to honor particular deities.

Izzy, actually that is not the traditional view of the Gods in Wicca. The idea that all gods are one god and all goddesses one goddess came along much later as a result of people mixing New Age thinking with actual Wicca.

But you are correct in that our perception of the Wiccan deities is experiential and it is possible to believe in them as all one, as all separate, and also simply as Jungian archetypes and not Gods at all.

You do not need the links because Lark quoted the information on those pages. I checked in the WayBack Machine. So what was there is here.
