I ve tried to etheric.projection,and when I started spliting my soul from my body ,I couldnt last more than 2 seconds.I.ve fortified.my soul.with energy.manipulation and mental projection for a month.and a half,so.I expected to last.longer...what.should.I.do?
this could be a block of sorts maybe you have some unresolved issues or have some type of spirit that is trying to connect with you it could be a multitude of reasons
humans cant ap alone. fact is you need outside help and if its now there to help you its there to hurt you. if your going to ap. wear a scarab and crosses and forms of protection then ask an angelic being of light or a jin to help you. or the forces you work with. trying to hard will make you returned force to your body i was just doing it myself this morning and the problem was that very thing. so to fix that its pretty simple relax. also note that ap isnt safe nor to i suggest it unless your willing to take every risk. that even means landing in another persons body ahha. lots of things can happen and the void areas will make you go coma.so be extremely careful when doing ap. maby try dream walking first and lucid dreaming to help you better get used to it and have control. when i relax i go to meditative mindset. then relax and it works amazingly every time. good luck^^blessed be
I wouldn't say you need outside help, so much as you need to be fully relaxed and let yourself go. It's true you should have forms of protection for you physical body, but even your regular energy shield will do.
You may (somewhere within your mind) be nervous. Although many people believe a guide can set up a block, you just have to reach into ourself and resolve whatever it is that they feel needs to be fixed before.

Not sure if this helps or not, but whenever I do a Void meditation, I merely project my consciousness, not my full astral form. This allows me to retain all of my senses on the physical plane while allowing my thoughts to traverse the Void. This could be something for you to try before attempting a more advanced projection. After all, projection of one's astral form onto ANY other plane is an incredibly difficult practice to master. Try crawling before you decide to run ;)
