Hello,I'm sorry to bother you with a silly question,but I would be greatful if somebody would take the time to answer,I've been trying to do an exercise called the four-fold breath,the book I've been reading say that it's related to yoga and that it calls for four short,quick inhalations,followed by four short quick exhalations,so I've been taking four deep breaths quickly,and than exhaling four times quickly,am I doing it right?
And are you supposed to breath through your nose? or your mouth? or both? or does it even matter?
