Ok so im 13 and this is the second time Ive tried ap i did one of the guided meditations which tought the method where you role out of your body this time I tried ap the vibrations werent as strong but I did feel myself rocking however it stopped eventually this is the second time ive ever tried ap so I was just wondering what the easiest and most effective method is?
The methods that are the best are for each individual to decide. Some are natural with it, and some can take years to consciously learn it. I personally feel most comfortable with falling into myself rather than trying to push myself out of my body. Altered states of consciousness such as meditation and trance can also help greatly with it.
Guided meditations are a type of meditation where you either read, listen to, or memorize a 'pre-scripted' visualized journey. An example would be one where you enter a grove and notice certain objects and spirits, but how the actual meditation goes will differ based on the person and their circumstance. Often times, the subconscious will recognize what you are visualizing and respond through it. There are thousands of guided meditations online and in books and all you have to do to find them is look. You can also make and go through your own.
