Like a few days ago, once i woke up, i couldn't move, but i felt tingling/vibrating then i felt my arms get lighter, and lighter, then my dad walked in, and every feeling went away, it was creepy, can anyone help?
Greetings Magecoven, The vibration feeling you were feeling while lying down was one of the first signs of astral projection O.O.B.E. It may have seemed like you were awake and aware but you were in a lucid state of sleep under the affects of sleep paralyzes, this occurs when a deeply level of relaxation and focus are achieved, with can be a terrifying ordeal for a beginner projected but is as natural as life itself. There is absolutely nothing to feel when that state of conciousness occurs, if you desire to abort the process than focus your mind on slowly waking your physical body by moving your fingers and working your way up your arm. The reason you awoke when you parent/guardian entered your sanctuary is because the sudden movements and noise snapped your mind out of its concentration and brought it back to reality. If you did find this experience interesting I highly sunset you educate yourself on the idea before attempting it. There are many articles on this website that discuss this subject in vivid detail I would recommend you give them a read through. Love and peace friend.

Actually, to my experience in helping others with astral projection, this isn't so much a sign of astral projection as it is a sign of etheral projection. The difference is that astral is rooted in a higher energy, whereas etheral is closer to the physical plane of existence. This tends to be why people feel like they can't move.
That, or it's sleep apnea. Sleep apnea is often the root of waking up and feeling like you can't move, combined with tingling and such.
