If you aren't willing enough to go do something in person yourself to deal with it, no amount of your magic will be useful. Physical problems require physical solutions, and enough planning and willpower to carry them out.
Magical problems require magical solutions, and enough willpower and planning to carry them out.
You wouldn't handle something spiritual with a punch to the face, but if it's a physical problem, and you're hiding behind magic to not be responsible for your actions, your attempts are in vain.

lol i just pictured someone in a cell on a lap top asking this question XD
yes, and at the same time a huge resounding no. there are no spells that can dissolve prison walls, or transport you out of jail, but you could try a spell to help win a court case, someone to tell the truth, or a wealth spell if you need bail money. these aren't guaranteed sure fire plans, they're just good idea's to try while working to clear ones name. other option is to keep out of trouble in the first place.
or in a society where innocent people are detained against their will, thieves are paid by the state to oppress the citizens, unjust laws are made to infringe upon the freedoms of the innocent, and a false title of security is put up that cannot even be ensured...
Perhaps staying out of trouble cannot be done. But not trusting the oppressors, and thieves can. Staying away from the danger of the government in general, arming oneself to defend your freedoms, and not getting caught is even more advisable.
Certain things are easy to get them up in arms over, such as blatant harm of other innocent lives. So avoiding that is rather wise, as is avoiding any form of relationship with anyone loyal to any governing body. Don't go harm people because the risk is too high, but you're going to break the law eventually. Don't get caught.

There are certainly spells to help see that justice is done in a specific case. These would work if your boyfriend is not guilty of what he has been charged with. But if he is truly guilty then perhaps it is better that he is where he is. This may be the lesson he needs to try to turn himself around.
