Rock Salt Question
By:
I just mixed a spoon of rock salt in water and took a bath but I dont know how often you should do it? (I am feeling better)

Also should I sprinkle rock salt in corners of my room or just keep it in a bowl and throw it next day?

I guess it would depend on how often you feel "gunked up", and how much time you had on your hands lol I know some people who do a salt/purification bath only once in a while, some who make it a weekly ritual, and others who do it every single day. I like keeping a little salt sprinkled around for absorbing negativity, and I vacuum it up and replace it once a week when I do my chores. I used to do the bowl method, but I found the sprinkling method just feels like it works a lot more efficiently for me :)

Does it matter what type odd salt you use. Because I use store bought bath salt, and doors it have the same effect our should I get clutter to regular Epsom salts.

Sea salt will work in place of rock salt. Pure salt works best. Not iodized.
