I did this mix of herbs just recently and it has made me feel so relaxed and it helped heal some stress I had from moving.
Herbs you will need:
-Cinnamon (Can be the powder or the stick.)
All herbs should be equal amounts of one teaspoon, for Bay Leaves it should be 3 to 4 leaves.
Take all the herbs and crush them with a mortar and pestle and while doing so, put your intention into it. Think of this mix helping you to relax and getting rid of stress you have. You may do this until the mix is fully crushed or if it is already crushed you may do this until you feel you have your intention into it.
You may burn this as an incense or take the mix and put it into a green, yellow, or orange satchet.
