witches handshake

To do witches handshake u have to use right index finger on pulse right but does it have to be a person u don't know or someone u do know?

Can be either. But I'm not sure this spell is valid, though I haven't tried it myself,...yet. lol

my friend thought me that u can use any hand as long as ur finger on the pulse n u have a strong thought in mind itll work n its better on someone who dont cuzz if they know u they'll kno what u done n put on a mental block in their mind
