i have strong feelings that i am being hunted by a windigo if you have anyway of helping me please do hurry though i fear it is closer

I'm sorry, but being hunted by an actual windigo is not possible - considering they don't exist on this plane, they can only be entities or spirits of sorts.
If you mean while astrally projecting, then just make a simple talisman to ward it away - easy enough.
