Merry Meet Every one I want to share few exercise of Sensing Energy With our hands.We can sence the energy in different ways like through emotions,sight,hands etc ..if you do these exercise for atleast 30 minutes a day that is good...So heres the Exercise this will teach you how to feel the energy fields But the chakrs have n important act within this exercise So here You go..
*first you need to Place your hands together and in front of you,your palms must be open and making contact with each other
*Now move your hand slowly keeping the same position untill ther are atleast 10 cm away from each other...
*Now slowly move back your hands together untill they touch each other..
*Now move your hands away slowly,keeping the same position untill they r 5cm away from each other and again move back your hands together untill they touch each other..
*Now again move your hands as done before untill they are 2 cm away from each other..
*Repeat the last few steps a couple of times untill you feel..you must have the feeling that your hands are bouncing to each other..
After you finish the exercise you must take few minutes to write down your feelings were?
